Ingredients
- 1 can of Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoons of Soyaki
- 1⁄2 Bottle of Trader Joe’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
- 2 Handfuls Baby Spinach
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s Frozen Pork or Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
- For Garnish:
- Green Onions
- Trader Joe’s Chilli Onion Crunch
Instructions
- In a glass casserole dish, mix the coconut milk, soyaki, curry sauce & garlic until it’s combined.
- Add the 2 handfuls of spinach & then the potstickers on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil & bake at 400°F for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10
minutes.
- Top with chopped green onions & chilli crunch.
