1⁄2 cups Mayonnaise
1⁄4 cups minced fresh Chives
1 cloves Garlic Clove, grated
1 1⁄2 tbsp Champagne Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Celery Seeds
1 1⁄2 tsp Whole-Grain Mustard
3⁄4 tsp Table Salt
3⁄4 tsp Pepper
Combine all ingredients together in small bowl
