Thanksgiving Chips

Serve with Hot Creamy Turkey Dip

4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips

1 cup store-bought canned fried onions

1/2 cup dried cranberries

2 teaspoons turkey gravy powder

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/2 teaspoon ground sage

  1. Place the chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until the chips are warm to the touch, yet still very crunchy, about 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the onions, cranberries, gravy powder, poultry seasoning and sage in a large mixing bowl. Add the hot chips and toss until evenly and generously coated. Serve immediately.
